Sherry Cask Finished Rum

This spirit should be renamed "The Distiller's Favorite." Aged first in a once-used bourbon barrel for a minimum of two years, followed by two years in a freshly emptied Oloroso Sherry cask from Spain. This rum boasts notes of a full-bodied dry sherry wine, followed by a wave of toasted oak flavor from the bourbon barrel. Sip neat or on the rocks. Just make sure to hide the bottle when company comes over or there won't be any left by the end of the night!
